Intermediate ICP Operations
14 Hours
The Intermediate ICP Operations course is aimed at personnel who will operate within an Incident Command Post (ICP).
The course is designed to familiarize the members of the ICP with incident command concepts, interactions between the ICP and Emergency Operations Centre (EOC), and internal and external communication procedures.
Advanced ICP Operations
17 hours
The Advanced ICP Operations course is aimed at the personnel who will for those who will lead the response in the Incident Command Post (ICP) and therefore require additional knowledge and skill requirements to reach the appropriate competency. The course is designed to familiarize the members of the ICP with Incident Command Concepts, interactions between the ICP and Emergency Operations Centre (EOC), and internal and external communication procedures.
The Advanced ICP Operations course also covers span of control, transfer of command, introduction to Critical Incident Stress Management, Unified Command, conducting After-Action Reviews, and more.
Intermediate EOC Operations

The Intermediate EOC Operations course is aimed at personnel who will operate within an Emergency Operations Centre (EOC).

Advanced EOC Operations
17 hours
The Advanced EOC Operations course is aimed at the personnel who will take a more senior or in-depth role in the Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) and therefore require additional knowledge and skill requirements to reach the appropriate competency. The course is designed to familiarize the members of the EOC with Incident Command Concepts, interactions between the EOC and Incident Command Post (ICP), and internal and external communication procedures.
The Advanced EOC Operations course also covers span of control, transfer of command, introduction to Critical Incident Stress Management, Unified Command, conducting After-Action Reviews, and more.
Emergency Management for Executives
2 Hours
This course provides guidance on the responsibilities and strategic activities conducted by Executives in each of the four stages of the Emergency Management Cycle. It provides a high level, strategic view of the Executive during response and recovery activities.
