Lucy is a graduate of the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies. She specializes in developing emergency response plans and procedures that meet the specific needs of clients. She has a solid understanding of regulatory requirements across varying agencies.

In addition, Lucy also has experience with GIS data analysis and map production. Lucy enjoys yoga and volunteers for the Salvation Army in her spare time.
